I want to register my disappointment towards this online shopping entity that operates in Kenya. It has been messing the shoppers me being one of them.
We order items on their platform. We pay before shipment and then end up delivering after centuries or don't deliver at all.
For lack of a better word, Kilimall like Jumia are thieves.
You can visit their Facebook page and look at what the customers are expressing. Their customer care lines are not working and if they do, their staff are rude towards customer.
I want to petition that you look into their dealings and find out what is happening.
