I am Jacob Owiti from Bungoma and recently, that is date 29.10.2018, I sent money (Sh12,500) to Ngiko online shop through Mpesa till number 547796 (MTN: MJT7J4WWD7) for purchase of Samsung j3 pro phone via online shop.

The phone was to be sent on the same day to Bungoma via G4S for me to receive it on the following day.

However I started noting dotted lines the same day when they claimed they had sent it yet I did not receive notification on the same from G4S.

The next day I went to G4S Bungoma and did not receive any parcel. On enquiring from Ngiko the waybill number, they went silent and did not respond to my messages, whatsapp or calls.

They however sent me a message via Facebook messenger that they did not have the product and will refund my money before 7 days elapse from the date of purchase.

This was to happen on Sunday 4.11.2018 but they did not refund the money.

By now, they have blocked me from their facebook and whatsap channels and don’t pick their calls. Kindly help me get my refund from them.
