We have not met the targets for 2 years because of the unreasonable targets set by the group finance director. The targets are not only unrealistic and unachievable but purely meant to frustrate employees so that they are sacked and replaced with whites and that is exactly what has been happening.
It is very bad for Kenyans to be frustrated in their own soil by a foreigner yet we have a solid Government with a strong immigration department which is supposed to protect its citizens.
The Jubilee Government promised 500,000 jobs per year yet it is watching when over 100 employees lost their jobs in EABL because of this racial woman who said EABL was dominated by one tribe – KIKUYU and she vowed to dismantle them which she has successfully done within two years of her stay here.
She is ever bringing white people to do funny projects everywhere. By the time i left, there were still many whites while Kenyans are being shown the door. My friends who are still there tells me that its getting worse and she is abusing staff calling them blacks.
She discriminates against Kenyans and thinks that only whites can do the very simple jobs yet we have been doing the same jobs before in EABL for all those years the company has been existing.
She has already completed 3(Three) years and to my little knowledge, i have never seen her support a single Kenyan to understudy her roles.
It is very important to know that before she took over this position , it used to held by a Kenyan by the name Peter Ndegwa and she made sure that he was removed.
Why should Immigration be allowing Kenyan positions be occupied by foreigners with all due respect?
She is very malicious and looks for all means possible to put down Kenyans in a bid to get a job for the white and she has succeeded in all cases.
